Got concerns about the pandemic situation? We have prepared some relevant information to guide you through.
Our main priority is to ensure the safety of our visitors and exhibitors. We continue to closely monitor the situation involving the coronavirus as well as regulations and instructions of the Government of the Slovak Republic. We follow all guidance set out by them, and valid for mass events.
Local visitors and exhibitors
“OTP“ (abb. from slovak words vaccinated, tested, recovered) – exclusively people
- fully vaccinated,
- tested with a negative COVID-19 test result
RT-PCR or LAMP 72 hours from sample collection rapid antigen test 48 hours from sample collection,
- who can prove they recovered from COVID-19 not more than 180 days ago

COVID-19 PROTECTIVE MEASURES
We kindly ask you to wear a face mask upon entering WOF Expo. We encourage you to bring your own, but event staff will be on hand to provide one if you forget!
Hand sanitiser stations will be available in all common areas.
Cleaning and disinfection
All event surfaces will be treated with hospital-grade disinfectants.
Keeping a distance
To ensure adequate physical distancing during the WOF Expo, we will control the number of people present in the exhibition halls in accordance with local guidance. We kindly request that you maintain a distance of at least 1.5 meters from other people..
Online registration, contactless scanning and ticket sales
If you are registering for the event please purchase your ticket online in advance, as it will not be possible to buy tickets on the spot. You can either print out your ticket voucher, which has a barcode, or bring it on your mobile device.
Maximum capacity in conference rooms
Conference areas will also allow for social distancing, with 1.5 metres between chairs. This means there will be limited capacity and some chairs may be marked as unavailable. Please do respect the instructions and do not move the chairs.
