ONLINE VOTING OPENS FOR THE LAST MILE EXPERT AWARD
WOF EXPO 2021 is launching the vote across the industry in order to award the most reliable and efficient parcel company with the Last Mile Expert Award. It is no secret that last mile carriers were facing a huge challenge in order to optimise the last mile, reduce costs, whilst trying to revolutionise customer experience. By navigating through the challenges and opportunities of this ever evolving industry, many have chosen the path of investing into technology, innovations and game-changing solutions. In order to create the shortlist, we have paid close attention to the fact, how the last mile carriers understood the urgency to address new challenges brought up by the pandemic, which additional procedures have been implemented in order to streamline their operations, to enhance the customer experience and how they differentiate themselves in this competitive market.
