Hungarian city of Debrecen Achieves a New Milestone: FOCUSING ON THE ECONOMIC AND LOGISTICAL DEVELOPMENT
Trans-Sped‘s newest warehouse of more than 5000 m² was inaugurated in Debrecen as part of a large-scale event. At the professional event, participants could also get acquainted with the packaging and crate cleaning service, unique on the market, and its practical operation. With the new service, the company will further strengthen its position towards automotive customers. |
The joint professional event of the City of Debrecen, EDC Debrecen City and Economic Development Center and Trans-Sped Kft. brought significant progress in the development of the logistics sector. At the event, special attention was paid to the current and future situation of the industry in Debrecen and the region, as well as to the economic development of the city and the opportunities inherent in cooperation between the actors. NEW WAREHOUSE IN DEBRECEN LOGISTICS CENTER AND INDUSTRIAL PARK At the event held in the Debrecen Logistics Center and Industrial Park, participants could see the company’s newest warehouse complex with an area of about 5100 m², equipped with modern warehouse technology, which was realized with the support of the Hungarian state. The warehouse has a separate gallery area, and 8 docking gates and 2-storey gates help efficient work. The office area is equipped with a heat pump cooling and heating system powered by renewable energy, and in addition, sustainability was kept in mind during the construction of the entire hall, as it has modern led lighting and large roof domes that help natural light in. The warehouse and the logistics services provided here represent a significant step forward for the players involved in the sector, and also contribute greatly to the economic development of the city and the competitiveness of the region. INTERMODAL CONTAINER TERMINAL OPTIONS Trans-Sped Kft. and GYSEV CARGO Zrt. expressed their intention to cooperate in the future about providing high-level, high-quality service to customer needs arising during logistical challenges in Debrecen and the region. They agreed to transport semi-trailers arriving at the terminal from the terminal and to assist in the delivery of semi-trailers to the terminal by rail. In addition, Trans-Sped can also support container service, for which it can also provide warehouse logistics and customs administration services on request. The cooperation contributes to the growth of the region’s future investment potential and provides an opportunity to exploit the synergies arising on the basis of cooperation effectively. |
